LOUISIANA-MISSISSIPPI

This form is to certify eligibility for students participating in Louisiana-Mississippi Color Guard and Percussion Circuit (LMCGPC) events. All performers of a competing group in any scholastic or independent unit must meet the requirements of eligibility as stated in the rulebooks of our parent organization, Winter Guard International (WGI). Each
scholastic competing unit shall submit the provided Student Roster Form signed by the authorizing school principal or administrator listing all approved participants of that school's group. Each independent competing unit shall submit the provided Student Roster Form signed by the authorizing Director listing all approved participants of that unit
and must attach proper documentation (Birth Certificate or Driver's License) for each participant.
